Deans, superindependents
And similar to:
Scientist, engineers, researchers
It seems to be two things: Lacking people and involving creativity, as well as a lack of structure.
What I thrive in seems to be
(1) Working on my own thing, focused on *things* and *systematizing*
(2) Ability to coordinate, direct, control and create.

Overall, it appears that I'm in the 90 - 98% range =
can deal with complexity, learning, adapting, problem-solving, interpretation, analyzing, thinking.
But nothing genius!
O - 90% - enjoying ideas, investigating, analyzing, creating, and loose ends - NOT repetitive, top-down ordered, follower.
N - 85% - sensitive to uncertainty, pressure and stress. not super reliable - NOT something too
Especially getting irritated and anger.
C - 45% - sensitive to demands, order, structure, precisenesse
Can work harder, tho not for too long and burn out easily.
Thing is low dutifulness and self-discipline, but excellent cautiousness
E - 36% - lower energy, not a people person
Can work independently, can speak out and take action
A - 4% - Not a people person; low cooperation
Take control, dominate, negotiate
